Ava is a choreographer, dancer, and movement teacher.
So far in this journey of mine, the most joyful moments have been with dance. Movement is a gift of freedom, it can be lost and found.
It is my goal to know it. To let others find it, challenge it. Discuss it. Trace it. And use it as a tool to even a ground full of natural barriers.
I tell stories with dance. Let it be our first introduction.
